1. National Class Associations

To receive the list of National Class Associations and the Treasurer's statement of the NCA Representatives' voting powers, based on the IFA dues received.

2. Minutes from the last meeting

To approve the minutes from the 2000 IFA AGM (previously circulated)

3. Executive Committee Reports

a. the President
b.the Vice-President Sailing
c. the Vice-President Development
d.the Vice-President Masters
e. the Treasurer
f. the Chairman of the Technical Committee

4. Accounts

a. To approve the summary of the 2000 accounts b.To approve the budget for 2001

5. Elections of Members of members to IFA Committees

a. To elect the members of the Executive Committee (treasurer)
b.To elect the members of the Technical Committee
c. To elect the members of the Marketing Committee (Robert Deaves for Chairman or Vice-President Marketing)

6. IFA Championships

a. To receive an update on preparations for the following IFA Championships:

(i) 2002 European Championship, presentation of optional dates and venue by Mr. Malte Philippe
(ii) 2002 Finn Gold Cup, presentation of optional dates and transport by Emilios Papathanasiou
(iii) 2003 Finn Gold Cup, Cadiz
(iv) 2004 Finn Gold Cup, Brazil


b. To receive bids to host the following IFA Championships:

(i) 2003 Finn European Championship: proposals from Steinhude, Germany and Marstrand, Sweeden.
(ii) 2004 European Championship (Seniors and Masters combined) proposal from La Rochelle, France

7. IFA rules and Constitution

a. Racing : to discuss and vote on the following points:

(i) square course (British Finn Association)
(ii) rule 42 (Malte Philippe)
(iii) minimum size of buoys and Gate (suggested at the Europeans)
(iv) minimum offshore racing distance (already in IFA rule but not always observed)
(v) Seniors and Masters combined major event each Olympic year
(vi) Eligibility to race for a specific country at Major events (passport, resident)
(vii) IFA secretary to be invited (transport and living expenses) by organisers to European Championship and every 2 years to Master's Worlds.

b. Measurement controls

(i)IFA secretary to hold a copy of each measurement certificate
(iii)Copies of Measurement certificates issued at major regattas upon a nominal fee.

8. IFA subscription

a. Proposal for a new "Finnfare only" subscription (Robert Deaves)

9. Any other business
