After winning the Finn Gold Cup in 2006, he was a clear medal contender at the 2008 Olympics, but performed below his expectations and placed sixth. Then he took a lot of time off, and came back to win the 2009 Finn Gold Cup with very little training. Only started his campaign for 2012 full time in November 2011. |
