We Russian Finn sailors express our deep sympathy to all the Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians, Jews, Tatars, and people of many other nationalities who have suffered from this unleashed conflict. We believe that all political issues must necessarily be resolved peacefully. We are very sorry for the catastrophe that happened.

However, we believe that sport should be out of politics, because today it is the only effective tool to confront international and political conflicts, because it can bring people closer together, let them escape from manipulations by politics, not divide them.

As you know, all our efforts have been and will continue to be aimed at ensuring that all Finn sailors, no matter what, remain friends and a close-knit family. For this is what makes the Finn class strong, and this is how we can show our attitude toward all conflicts and confrontations.
